About the Role:
This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.
- We’re on the hunt for a Personal Injury Attorney ready to handle cases — the kind that change lives.
- Think: catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord damage, wrongful death, and other major-impact cases.
- You’ll team up with one of our most seasoned trial attorneys, dig deep into the details, build airtight cases, and bring your A-game to every fight.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including both pre-litigation and litigation matters
- Advise clients throughout the legal process, providing clear guidance, regular updates, and practical expectations
- Investigate claims by reviewing accident details, injuries, liability, damages, insurance coverage, and potential recovery options
- Analyze case materials such as police reports, witness statements, medical records, bills, and insurance correspondence
- Identify legal issues, preserve key deadlines, and develop case strategies that support strong client outcomes
- Negotiate bodily injury, uninsured/underinsured motorist, and property damage claims with insurance carriers
- Partner closely with paralegals and legal team members to move cases forward efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure files are organized, current, and action-oriented
- Support clients through settlement, including review of final case details and resolution documents
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed attorney with 3 years of pre-lit or litigation experience (personal injury, med mal, or product liability preferred).
- Master of research, writing, and storytelling — because great lawyering is great storytelling.
- Fierce attention to detail and zero tolerance for “good enough.”
- A heart for helping people and a mind that never stops learning.
- The confidence to make bold moves and the humility to grow.
