The Intake Specialist will handle new client inquiries, conduct initial case evaluations, and provide exceptional customer support to establish rapport and gather critical information. You will schedule consultations, provide accurate information about legal services, and maintain detailed records in the firm's database. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. This is a full-time position based onsite at our office in Phoenix, AZ.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience with Client Intake and Customer Service processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
• Familiarity with Insurance processes and knowledge of handling personal injury cases is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused legal environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately manage case information.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools is preferred.
• High level of professionalism, empathy, and respect for client confidentiality.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in legal or customer service fields is a plus.
