What You’ll Do
- Coordinate Core Operations: Process transactions for pension and retirement plans.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Serve as the trusted contact for employees, retirees, and beneficiaries via phone, email, and in-person consultations. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Ensure Compliance: Review case files for accuracy and compliance with plan documents and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR leadership, benefits analysts, and vendors to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive personal and financial records with strict privacy standards.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional HR office experience (pension experience strongly preferred).
- Communication & Care: Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
- Problem-Solving & Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies, route cases accurately, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
