Schedule: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
Pay: Starting at $17.00 /hour, depending on experience
Status: Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire opportunities available
Administrative Responsibilities May Include:
- Administrative and clerical office support
- Answering phones, emails, and greeting customers, clients, or visitors
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, calendars, or service calls
- Data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records
- Preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and documents
- Supporting bookkeeping, accounts payable, invoicing, or tracking systems
- Managing office supplies, inventory, mail, and shipments
- Assisting departments, managers, project teams, or office operations
- Maintaining confidential information and accurate documentation
- Providing professional customer service and communication support
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Receptionist, Administrative Clerk, Clerical, Office Coordinator, or similar office support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, scheduling systems, or industry-specific software is a plus
