The room attendant is responsible for the cleaning of a quota of guest rooms each shift, including both occupied and departed rooms. - Must have ability to perform daily work at a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Room attendant is respectful and cooperative with team members.
- Room attendant is knowledgeable about safe use of chemicals and can accurately select appropriate chemicals and tools for each task.
- Room attendant recognizes all amenities and collateral materials that are part of guest room service and ensures that each guest room is properly equipped every day.
- Room attendant is familiar with service standards and is compliant in each guest room.
- Room attendant maintains service cart, equipment and supplies in an orderly fashion.
- Room attendant responds appropriately to changing business needs and guest requests.
- Room attendant reports maintenance problems and defects to supervision for correction.
- Other duties as assigned.
