Duties
- Multi-task front desk duties and Housekeeping assignments.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a positive first impression
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, cleaning services, or information about the property
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing surfaces
- Conduct floor care activities such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain a spotless environment
- Manage janitorial tasks efficiently by restocking supplies and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Uphold safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle any maintenance issues or hazards proactively
- Support housekeeping management by completing detailed logs of completed tasks and reporting maintenance needs
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles with a focus on quality service
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, waxing, and polishing various flooring types
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to handle diverse cleaning challenges effectively
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly valued
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Housekeeping management skills are a plus for those interested in supervisory or training roles within the team
