Responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks per shift that will include guest check-ins, guest profiles, housekeeping duties, breakfast setup, and any other listed responsibilities.
- This role is multi-tasking and front desk is more of On-Demand job while working to complete hotel tasks.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay
- Manage guest requests for room amenities, housekeeping, and special services with promptness and professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions
- Conduct night audits using OPERA or similar hotel management software to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy
- Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to ensure guest safety and swift resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and incident reports for seamless operations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness and address guest concerns efficiently
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or comparable platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices
- Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail
