Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and professional Experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. This dual-role position requires someone with a strong background in both bartending and table service, who can deliver top-tier hospitality whether behind the bar or on the dining floor. The ideal candidate has a passion for service, a deep knowledge of food and beverage, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, beer, and spirits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Engage bar guests with attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming experience.
• Handle cash/card transactions and manage tabs using the POS system.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service and verify proper identification.
• Greet guests promptly and professionally, presenting menus and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner with proper presentation.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond to needs promptly.
• Clear and reset tables, maintaining a clean and organized section.

Qualifications:

• Three years of experience as a server and/or bartender in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess valid alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Familiarity with POS systems.
