The Holly Campground is looking for a dependable Evening Floater & Guest Experience Team Member to help keep our busy Friday and Saturday nights running smoothly.

This is a hands-on position for someone who likes variety, doesn't mind getting dirty, enjoys working outdoors, and is comfortable jumping between different responsibilities.

No two nights will be exactly the same.

Schedule

Friday and Saturday evenings

Exact hours will vary based on campground operations, activities, and Halloween event schedules. Start time will be between 2-4pm and end time can range between 10pm-12am.

What You'll Do

As our evening floater with heavy focus on bathhouse cleaning, you'll help wherever you're needed most with a main responsibility of bathhouse cleaning.

Responsibilities may include:

• Delivering pizza and food orders to campground guests
• Driving the campground's side-by-side/ATV for approved campground duties
• Assisting with campground evening operations
• Cleaning and servicing campground bathrooms
• Helping keep guest areas clean and presentable
• Assisting other team members during busy periods
• Participating in our Haunted Trail
• Helping with Halloween events and activities
• Assisting activity staff when additional help is needed
• Responding to guest needs and requests
• Performing other evening campground duties as assigned

We're Looking For Someone Who Can Do a Little of Everything

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable being flexible and good at cleaning.

One minute you may be delivering a pizza. The next you may be cleaning a bathroom, assisting with an activity, or jumping into the Haunted Trail.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is dependable and punctual
• Has a valid driver's license
• Is comfortable driving a side-by-side/ATV
• Is comfortable working outdoors
• Is willing to clean bathrooms and perform general cleaning duties
• Is comfortable interacting with campground guests
• Is willing to participate in our Halloween/Haunted Trail experience
• Can follow directions and campground safety procedures
• Is able to work independently
• Is flexible and willing to help wherever the team needs support
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a fun environment

Previous campground, restaurant, delivery, maintenance, housekeeping, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

$300 End-of-Season Completion Bonus

We know that dependable team members are extremely important during our fall and Halloween season.

Employees who successfully complete the season through October 31, 2026 and maintain perfect attendance for all scheduled shifts will receive a $300 End-of-Season Completion Bonus.

To qualify, you must:

• Remain employed through the end of the season
• Work every scheduled shift through October 31
• Maintain satisfactory performance and conduct
• Not be terminated for performance, attendance, conduct, or policy violations

Missing a scheduled shift for any reason will make you ineligible for the completion bonus.

The bonus will be paid after the completion of the season on the next regular payroll following the end of employment.

Important

This is a seasonal/temporary position through October 31, 2026.

We are looking to hire within approximately 10 days with a start date no later than September 18th, so candidates must be available to begin quickly.
