The Holly Campground is looking for an energetic, dependable team member to join us for our fall and Halloween season.

This is a unique position combining food service, guest interaction, campground activities, crafts, and our Halloween experience. If you enjoy working with families, staying busy, and helping create memorable campground experiences, this could be a great fit.

Schedule

This position primarily works Friday and Saturday evenings.

Friday: Approximately 4:00 PM until close
Saturday: Approximately 2:00 PM until close

Exact hours may vary based on campground operations and event schedules.

Friday Responsibilities

Friday evenings will focus primarily on food service and evening activities.

You will:

• Prepare pizzas and wings
• Make lemonade and other food/drink items
• Scoop ice cream
• Take and fulfill food orders
• Keep the food service area clean and organized
• Assist campground guests
• Lead and participate in Friday evening activities
• Help create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for families

Saturday Responsibilities

Saturday will focus heavily on our Halloween activities and guest experience.

You will:

• Lead Halloween-themed activities and events
• Help with Halloween crafts
• Interact with children and families
• Participate in our Haunted Trail
• Assist with food orders and ice cream service as time allows
• Help keep activity and guest areas clean and organized
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the weekend running smoothly

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Energetic and outgoing
• Comfortable interacting with children and families
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work hands-on with food preparation and service
• Comfortable leading activities and interacting with groups
• Comfortable participating in a Halloween/Haunted Trail environment
• Able to multitask and change responsibilities as guest needs change
• A team player who is willing to help wherever needed

Food service or customer service experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right person.

$300 End-of-Season Completion Bonus

We know that dependable team members are extremely important during our fall and Halloween season.

Employees who successfully complete the season through November 1, 2026 and maintain perfect attendance for all scheduled shifts will receive a $300 End-of-Season Completion Bonus.

To qualify, you must:

• Remain employed through the end of the season
• Work every scheduled shift through November 1
• Maintain satisfactory performance and conduct
• Not be terminated for performance, attendance, conduct, or policy violations

Missing a scheduled shift for any reason will make you ineligible for the completion bonus.

The bonus will be paid after the completion of the season on the next regular payroll following the end of employment.

Important

This is a seasonal/temporary position through November 1, 2026.

We are looking to hire within 10 days with a start date no later than September 18th. so candidates must be available to begin quickly.
