Brighton Light House and All Heart Garage aren't typical office buildings, and we don't want them to feel like one.
Our spaces are designed to feel warm, welcoming, stylish, and inspiring. When someone walks through the door, we want them to feel like they've entered a beautiful boutique hotel, not a traditional workplace.
We're looking for a Cleaning & Guest Experience Specialist who takes genuine pride in creating that experience.
This isn't simply a job where you clean a building and move on to the next task. You'll be responsible for making sure our spaces look, feel, and smell their best every time a member, guest, or event attendee walks through the door.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our two unique facilities
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, meeting rooms, offices, and other shared spaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, clean glass, empty trash, and keep spaces looking polished
- Restock bathroom and kitchen supplies so everything is ready before it's needed
- Pay attention to the little details that make a space feel special
- Keep furniture, décor, and common areas neat, organized, and presentation-ready
- Make sure meeting and event spaces are spotless and welcoming
- Notice when something looks out of place and take the initiative to correct it
- Help maintain the “boutique” feel of our spaces through consistent attention to detail
- Communicate with management when supplies are running low or something needs additional attention
- Help prepare spaces for special events and ensure they are refreshed afterward
- Work efficiently and independently while maintaining a consistently high standard

This Is NOT Your Typical Cleaning Job
We're not looking for someone who simply wants to get through a checklist as quickly as possible.
We're looking for someone who understands that cleanliness is part of the experience we provide.
Our members work here. Our guests have meetings here. Businesses host events here. People walk through our doors every day, and the condition of our spaces says something about who we are.
We want someone who sees the difference between “clean” and “beautifully maintained.”
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time: approximately 20–25 hours per week
$18–$22 per hour
The schedule will include regular weekly cleaning at both Brighton Light House and All Heart Garage, with some flexibility around timing based on building activity, events, and member needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
