Responsibilities
- Collaborate in reconciling financial data by detecting and resolving discrepancies to maintain integrity.
- Prepare and record manual journal entries to address identified issues or adjustments.
- Assist with routine accounting duties to support financial operations.
- Aid in developing and distributing financial reports across various funding sources.
- Contribute to expense tracking and monitoring activities to ensure budget compliance.
- Review procurement requests to confirm expenses are permissible, appropriate, and within designated budgets.
- Support updates related to occupancy data, including rent and space allocations, as required.
- Provide additional financial support to the BFS team to facilitate smooth financial workflows.
- Proven experience in financial reconciliation and accounting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with team members.
- Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.
- Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
