Responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations
- Processing transactions and maintaining accurate records within ERP and warehouse management systems
- Coordinating inventory tracking, order management, and shipment verification
- Reviewing orders and ensuring accuracy prior to delivery
- Assisting with routing, transportation scheduling, and delivery coordination
- Working closely with warehouse teams, drivers, and third-party logistics partners
- Troubleshooting operational issues and supporting workflow improvements
- Utilizing systems and technology to support efficient warehouse and distribution processes

- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, shipping & receiving, transportation coordination, dispatch, routing, or supply chain support
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or similar platforms is highly preferred

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
