Our client, a fintech firm, is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator for their Downtown Chicago office. This role will serve as a core member of the talent acquisition team, with a focus on supporting their ongoing campus and experienced hire recruiting efforts. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office required per week.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for experienced hire and campus recruiting programming.
- Coordinate campus recruiting efforts such as info sessions, career fairs, and other on-campus events.
- Manage the on campus recruiting pipeline, seeing candidates through from interview to onboarding.
- Utilize Greenhouse to oversee data management and reporting of KPI’s.
- Serve as a representative of the company to potential candidates, university contacts, and other external stakeholders.
- Support onboarding processes including running background checks and ensuring required paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Determine areas of growth and drive solutions to improve recruiting efforts over time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1 years of experience in Recruiting Coordinator role (must actively be managing recruiting coordination efforts in current role).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms, Greenhouse preferred.
- Proven ability to manage dynamic calendars in a fast-paced environment.
- A solution-oriented mindset coupled with the ability to proactively and independently solve problems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
