The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and leading assigned teams to achieve departmental goals. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations while managing personnel, driving performance, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. The Manager partners closely with Regulatory Compliance to support adherence to all applicable regulations, including training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
- Lead, coach, and develop staff; manage hiring, training, performance reviews, corrective actions, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO 9001, and all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure quality remains the foremost priority by advancing operational excellence through systematic performance monitoring, ongoing process improvement, and rigorous adherence to established quality standards.
- Manage daily operations including labor planning, productivity, cost control, and financial performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate reporting and documentation.
- Enforce safety standards and implement procedures to safeguard personnel, inventory, and facilities.
- Partner with Regulatory Compliance to support audits, investigations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Ensure client service levels are met by aligning operations with SLAs and proactively resolving issues.
- Analyze workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and report key operational metrics; participate in meetings and ongoing training.
- Perform additional duties as assigned

IV. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: College degree or equivalent work experience: High School Diploma/ GED Required. Technical School/College degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 2 years of management experience
- 2 years of relevant industry/functional experience
- Physical Demands: Moderate lifting to 40 lbs.
V. EXPERIENCE:
- Learning Curve: 1 - 3 months on basic functions/ 3 – 6 months full spectrum of responsibilities.
- Prior Experience: Four years’ management experience. Four years related departmental and industry experience.
