What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Print Specialist position at The Hibbert Group?
The Hibbert Group is a 144-year-old national marketing support services firm of international scope, whose customers include many of the largest and most successful companies in the world. We provide Digital Marketing services in Database Services, Customer Engagement, Global Fulfillment, Life Sciences, Professional Services and Digital Solutions.
This position is a hybrid work situation. Once fully trained, two days a week will be required in our Trenton, NJ office.
The basic responsibility is to develop, interpret and confirm customer specifications for designated programs/projects as it relates to Print.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of Electronic Fulfillment projects.
- Prepare and distribute job instructions, manage account list, interact with Account Management and client to coordinate jobs, schedule and follow-up on all components of projects throughout the Company.
- Adhere to quality assurance procedures and to all ISO 9001 related standards. Including review of all digital and hardcopy output for aesthetics. Analytical review for proper timeframes, calculations, and distribution. Provide clean accurate output and reporting.
Qualifications/Skills needed:
- Experienced in project management, including project updates, timelines and project iniatives. In addition to project management, experience in print as a whole is necessary: knowledge of paper stock, PMS CMYK colors, printers, and graphic arts.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills is essential
- Ability to provide suggestions for future print on demand applications.
- Bachelor's degree and direct mail experience preferred.
