- Deliver a high-quality service experience from arrival to completion
- Greet customers, answer service calls, and schedule appointments
- Present repair and maintenance estimates and timelines
- Coordinate repair orders with Technicians and monitor workflow
- Recommend additional services when appropriate
- Support daily service operations and administrative processes (training provided to grow your career)
- 2-3 years' Service Advisor / Service Writer experience OR 1 year Assistant Service Manager experience
- Strong customer service and consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- Comfortable with dealership systems and technology
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean record
- Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays
- Willingness to commute or relocate within the region a plus
