- Minimum 2 years Automotive F&I Management experience
- Sales Management or Desk experience is a plus
- Track record of strong F&I production (ex: $1,000 per unit preferred)
- Stable employment history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet state and federal licensing requirements
- Computer proficiency (DealerTrack experience a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED required
