What You'll Do
Parts Managers / Assistant Managers:
- Lead and develop parts team operations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and profitability
- Drive wholesale and retail parts growth
- Ensure excellent service to internal & external customers
Experienced Parts Advisors:
- Assist technicians and customers with parts needs
- Process orders, returns, and inventory lookups
- Maintain strong organization and accuracy
- Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service
What We're Looking For:
- Automotive dealership parts experience strongly preferred, REQUIRED for Management
- Strong knowledge of parts systems & inventory control
- Team-oriented with a drive to grow
- Leadership mindset (for management roles)
- Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
