The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Program Coordinator
to provide operational, communications, and knowledge management support to the
National Institute for Defense Health Cooperation (NIDHC)
. This position will coordinate activities across NIDHC’s portfolio and contribute to the development and dissemination of internal and external communications, documentation, and organizational knowledge assets. The Program Coordinator will also provide administrative and logistical support to ensure efficient program execution across the Institute.
The Program Coordinator will work closely with NIDHC leadership and staff and will report to the Senior Operations Manager. This role requires strong writing and design skills, excellent organizational abilities, and comfort managing multiple workflows simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
The National Institute for Defense Health Cooperation (NIDHC) was established in 2025 by combining three defense entities: the National Center for Disaster Medicine and Public Health (NCDMPH), the Center for Global Health Engagement (CGHE), and the Defense Institute for Medical Operations (DIMO). Its mission is to support military and civilian health operational readiness in crisis and conflict through training and education, planning and partnership, and research and analysis. Based at the Uniformed Services University, NIDHC is a federal organization and academic center that supports the DoW and the federal interagency.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
