What You'll Be Doing
- Mastering the grill, sauté, and hot appetizer stations to prepare high-quality meals.
- Assisting with food preparation and expediting to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to uphold our high standards.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Proficiency in working with grill, sauté, and hot appetizer stations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
