What You'll Be Doing

As Chef de Cuisine, you will be the creative force behind our menu and the leader of our kitchen team. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting innovative and seasonal menus that reflect our dedication to culinary excellence. - Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation. - Managing and mentoring a team of kitchen staff to ensure high standards of performance and collaboration. - Maintaining inventory and ensuring the highest quality of ingredients are sourced and utilized. - Upholding food safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with regulations. - Collaborating with management to align the kitchen's vision with the restaurant's overall goals.

What We're Looking For
