Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in managing inventory / par level control to ensure proper levels and minimize waste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Provide support for catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality food service.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation methods.
- Familiarity with inventory/ par level control processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen setting.
