Job Summary
The Healing Room Wellness Center is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic spa setting.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using booking software (training provided)
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is organized
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Support staff with wellness room preparation and daily operations
- Ensure the bathrooms, service rooms, front desk and lobby area are clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Communicate promotions and service details clearly to clients
Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software and scheduling platforms
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or front desk role is preferred but not required
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and positive demeanor with a genuine interest in holistic wellness
