Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue, pricing, product, customer, pipeline, and regional performance data to uncover clear, actionable insights
- Use Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, and internal systems to dig into performance, identify patterns, and explain what the data is showing
- Build reports, dashboards, and presentations that make complex data easy for leaders to understand and act on
- Identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities that help commercial leaders make faster, better decisions
- Partner with sales leaders to understand what is happening in the market and why
- Help sales teams see where they are winning, where they are losing, and what can be improved
- Travel occasionally to sales meetings and operational locations to build context and understand the business firsthand
- Experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, pricing analysis, business analysis, or performance reporting
- Strong ability to interpret data and explain what it means for the business
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
- Experience with Power BI and Salesforce, with dashboard-building experience considered a strong asset
- Confidence presenting insights, recommendations, and findings to business leaders
- A curious, fast-moving, commercially minded approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment where priorities move quickly
- The discussed salary range is $110,000 – $130,000 depending on experience
