Business Development Manager
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to win new customers in heavy haul and open deck transportation. This is a remote role with regular field based selling across the Northeastern United States.
Our client is a privately owned provider of premium open deck and heavy haul transportation solutions serving agriculture, industrial and construction customers.
What you will do
- Win new business through cold outreach, referrals, and direct prospecting
- Sell value, reliability, and execution in competitive, price sensitive markets
- Build a pipeline from scratch and close new logo accounts
- Own new customers from first conversation through early operational stabilization
- Grow revenue and wallet share within newly won accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and forecasting discipline

What is on offer
- Base salary $90,000 to $105,000 USD
- On target earnings of $130,000 USD with uncapped upside
- Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement
