The Haus Group is hiring motivated real estate agents to join its Zillow lead division across Maryland and the greater DMV Metro Area.
Led by Omar Flores, The Haus Group is built for agents who want access to high-intent buyer and seller opportunities, strong accountability, daily coaching, and a support structure that helps remove the operational friction from real estate production.
This role is ideal for agents who want to work serious lead opportunities and be part of a team focused on conversion, training, and growth. Lead Opportunities:
The Haus Group provides access to multiple lead channels, including: Zillow Preferred buyer and seller connections Google Pay Per Click Realtor.com zBuyer Seller-focused lead funnels Online lead generation opportunities
The team generates 200 live Zillow connections per month team-wide.
Full-time agents can expect approximately 10–20 live Zillow connections per month. Part-time agents may receive fewer opportunities based on availability and accountability. Markets We Serve:
The Haus Group serves key Maryland and DMV markets, including: Rockville Columbia Silver Spring Hyattsville Baltimore Hagerstown Montgomery County Prince George’s County Howard County Frederick County Anne Arundel County The broader DMV Metro Area between DC and Baltimore
Agents must be part of Bright MLS. Training Onboarding:
New agents receive a two-week onboarding program covering team systems, Zillow onboarding, Zillow training, and forms training.
Agents also complete LPT’s 3-day bootcamp and LPT orientation.
Ongoing training includes: Daily coaching with Bill Pipes, Monday through Friday Monday Motivationals Thursday Haus Training Real Estate First Fridays Lead conversion training Script mastery KPI accountability
Full-time agents are expected to participate in accountability calls twice per week to review KPIs and stay focused on production. Support Systems:
The Haus Group gives agents the support needed to spend more time with clients and less time stuck in admin work.
Support includes: 2 Inside Sales Agents calling the database to set appointments In-house transaction coordinator from contract to close Offer-writing support Social media marketing admin Listing and marketing support Administrative support Follow Up Boss CRM Fello YLOPO Zoodealio Cloud CMA Who We’re Looking For:
This role is a fit for agents who are: Licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license Comfortable working Zillow buyer and seller connections Fast to respond to inbound opportunities Coachable and willing to follow a proven system Serious about accountability and conversion Interested in serving Maryland and the greater DMV market Willing to train consistently and track performance Why The Haus Group:
