We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic EXPERIENCED Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing top-notch service in a FAST PACED casual dining setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport to enhance their experience.
- Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently.
- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during banquets, catering events, or busy shifts.
- Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to educate guests on beverage options.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while managing time effectively during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Toast is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in alignment with business demands.
