You will be responsible for proejct documentation and administration, contract management support, project scheduling management adn ops/staffing documentation support. Qualifications:
- High school diploma, college degree preferred
- 3-5 years administrative experience in a fast paced, professional environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat X Pro
- Construction admin experience is a plus!
- Experience with ALA software (MasterSpecs),. Newforma, Adobe InDesign and UPS Software is also a plus
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
