Key Responsibilities
- Client engagement and design leadership: You'll present to clients, fostering positive relationships while generating and developing unique design concepts tailored to client needs and progam requiqrments
- Manage the interior design process for the entire project lifecycle
- Produce schematic designs, construction drawings, and project specifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design
- NCIDQ Certified or willing to achieve that certification
- 8 years design experience, preferably working on senior living, healthcare, higher education or multi-family projects
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and AutoCAD
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
