In this role, you will effectively manage project functions related to project systems, which are required for the successful execution of projects under the supervision of, and subject to, final approval by the project team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, upload, distribute, and maintain necessary project documentation in the appropriate project management systems
- Understand and navigate the company's systems to assist project teams with generating data and reports
- Assist with the processing of commitments by the project team and ensure commitments are fully executed and distributed appropriately, and confirm commitments have been updated properly across all systems
- Ensure external partners provide appropriate paperwork in compliance with contract requirements
- Review documents to ensure they are of good appearance, accuracy, clarity, and correctness, adhering to the team and client's standards, and ensuring timely payment
- Assist the project team and accounting by collecting and processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) documentation
- Assist and conduct administrative audits, ensuring compliance with the established requirements
- Understand the administrative requirements of programs to be able to assist in the administration of those programs
- Submission of data related to project costs and accounting
- Assist in the collection, management, and development of closeout documentation
Education/Experience:
- Associate's degree with 2 years' experience, or High School with 4 years of relevant experience.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
