What You’ll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the full project lifecycle — from kickoff through installation — ensuring every detail is tracked, every communication is clear, and every client and salesperson feels supported.
You will:
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and documentation
- Communicate project updates to clients, vendors, sales teams, and internal partners
- Support order entry, specification review, and accuracy checks
- Track deliveries, installations, and service schedules
- Prepare project materials, submittals, and closeout documentation
- Troubleshoot issues with curiosity, care, and follow-through
- Maintain organized records and project information in company systems
- Ensure every client touchpoint reflects our service standards, values, and follow-through

Qualifications
Required:
- 1–2 years of project coordination/management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial interiors, construction, design, architecture, furniture dealerships, or related industries
- Familiar with E-Manage
- Understanding of commercial project workflows (orders, deliveries, installations, etc.)
Salary : $20 - $25
