Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute high-quality steakhouse and sushi dishes according to The Harbour Grill's standards
- Maintain consistent food quality, flavor, and presentation across all menu items
- Ensure timely plating and delivery of dishes during service
- Uphold strict cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Maintain an organized and efficient workstation
- Assist with inventory monitoring and proper food storage
- Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Support the restaurant's commitment to excellence, hospitality, and kosher standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Experience with steakhouse, sushi, or high-end protein preparation strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
