Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily kitchen operations and service
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost control
- Enforce cleanliness, safety, and kosher standards
- Maintain smooth service in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with ownership on menu execution and kitchen performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or strong Sous Chef
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in a kosher kitchen preferred
- Reliable, hands-on, and service-driven
- Ability to manage pressure and lead by example
