Job Title: Line Cook

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen, a passion for quality food, and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient workspace while supporting the team during busy shifts.

Responsibilities:

Set up and service lunch/dinner lines and cold stations according to restaurant standards
Review production needs from the previous day and prepare accordingly
Cook food to order while maintaining consistent quality and presentation
Prepare miscellaneous food items and garnish plates as required
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and workstations
Assist in inventory control and requisition supplies as needed
Assist in training new associates as needed
Maintain a smooth and efficient operation during high-volume meal services

Qualifications:

2-year culinary degree or relevant work experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or resort kitchen
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality food preparation
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
