Associate Attorney

About The Halpern Law Firm

The Halpern Law Firm, LLC is a respected plaintiffs' litigation firm with numerous offices throughout the state of Pennsylvania. For more than 30 years, we have been dedicated to representing individuals and families affected by mesothelioma and asbestos-related diseases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Led by attorney David Halpern, our firm has built a reputation for compassionate client advocacy and successful litigation. We are committed to holding responsible parties accountable while helping our clients navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Unlike many law firms, we operate on a contingency fee basis, allowing our attorneys to focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients—not tracking billable hours. We foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment where quality advocacy and exceptional client service come first.

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys litigation, client interaction, and meaningful work that makes a difference. The candidate must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
