Position: Client Relations Specialist
About Us:
The Halpern Law Firm, LLC, based in Bryn Mawr, PA, specializes in representing mesothelioma victims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Job Responsibilities: Provides general office support during operating hours by assisting in the settlement process, monitoring client requests, and completing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and willing to assist clients with their inquiries.
Duties
- Sending Release Documents to Defense.
- Assisting with back end of post-settlement responsibilities.
- Operating in a Team environment with high volume and fast pace.
- Facilitate post-settlement communication between the team, our clients, and defense counsel.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience
- Comfortable interacting with a variety of age groups
- Previous experience in client service role preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
Location: Hybrid (Set Schedule); Bryn Mawr, PA
Comp Package: Starting salary of $45,000 based on skills and experience, Bonus, Full Benefits, 401K
