We are seeking a Floor Manager with experience in fine dining and high-volume restaurants. The Floor Manager will be responsible for daily restaurant operations along with training new staff. RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the new hire paperwork and training of new staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment.
- Ensure cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by AGM and GM.
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a full-service, high-volume, fine dining establishment.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team in a high paced setting.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments.
- Strong knowledge of front and back house operations.
- Great decision making and organizational skills.
- Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service.
