Our client, a luxury Italian fashion house, is looking for a temp-to-hire operations manager to join their Beverly Hills team!
Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Logistics: Oversee stock control, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and shipping/receiving to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operational Excellence: Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency, compliance, and top-tier service standards.
- Visual Merchandising Support: Maintain high standards of visual presentation in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor staff on systems, inventory procedures, and operational policies.
- Business Analysis: Monitor KPIs, sales reports, and operational dashboards to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Facilities Management: Oversee maintenance, security, and safety protocols for the store.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
- Must be comfortable with temp-to-hire employment.
