Our client, a luxury Italian fashion house, is looking for a temp-to-hire Retail Team Manager to join their beautiful store on site in Beverly Hills!
Responsibilities:
- Staff Management – Supervising staff, creating schedules, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development to store employees.
- Inventory Management – Maintaining inventory levels, contacting suppliers, and implementing purchasing plans.
- Sales Management – Analyzing sales figures, forecasting future sales, and identifying ways to increase sales.
- Customer Service – Responding to customer complaints, ensuring standards are met, and providing quality customer service.
- Store Maintenance – Ensuring store is clean and presentable, and store policies are followed.
- Store Operations – Developing and executing marketing strategies, including promotions, events, and displays.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a luxury retail leadership role.
- Must be flexible to temp-to-hire employment
