The Gubb Team is looking for a sharp, highly organized Operations Manager to become the main backbone behind a business closing roughly 100 transactions a year.
This is for someone who thinks three steps ahead, sees problems before they become problems, and takes ownership from start to finish. You’ll oversee transactions, listings, systems, marketing, CRM, vendors, and support staff, giving the lead agents the freedom to stay focused on clients, relationships, and sales.
Compensation and Benefits:
$70,000–$85,000 yearly base salary
