What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispensary Sales Associate - Budtender position at The Grove?
We are looking for a well-rounded candidate to join our Dispensary Team! As a Budtender for The Grove, you must professionally represent yourself by all company standards. You will be in charge of directly handling customer relations within the store as well as providing excellent customer service for all customers. While on the shift you will report directly to the Assistant Manager (AM) on duty. All tasks must be performed daily with keen attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements:
· At least 2 years experience in a sales environment.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
· Cash handling experience, must be able to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
· Must be able to complete and employment pre-screening aptitude test.
· Must have good interpersonal skills
· Follow all Nevada State Regulations
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Demonstrate knowledge of cannabis products
· Must always have a positive attitude, regardless of the situation
· Work well independently & with a team
· Ability to pass a criminal background check
· At least 21 years old with valid ID
· Valid Nevada Dispensary Agent Card
· Must be reliable and honest, tardiness and call offs for shifts is not tolerated.
· Flexible availability - Must be willing to work varied hours: nights, evenings, days, weekends, and holidays as needed...no exceptions!
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
