Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by ensuring all necessary items are available for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and meet guest expectations.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety standards during food handling and delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest services and overall dining experience.
- Assist in food preparation when needed, including basic cooking tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred.
- Experience in banquet settings or hotel environments is a plus.
- Culinary experience or training is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
