The Healing Center is now hiring Born from a calling to supply the community with a trusted medicine combating the effects of PTSD, reduce chronic pain, nausea, and many other common ailments, we are excited to grow our team, and are looking for talented budtenders
This position requires an ability to consult, sell, and provide excellent customer service. Budtenders are responsible for helping patients, answering their questions, checking them out, cash handling, and customer service. The budtender also assists the Management Team with activities and operations of the dispensary, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to answer questions and assist customers/patients.
- Ability to provide great Customer Service

- Use knowledge of cannabis products to assist customers
- Responsible for sales and patient experience by maintaining a tidy, safe and inviting store environment.
- Greet patients warmly when they enter; explain different medical cannabis products
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
- Handle cash and debit card transactions accurately with correct discount application; balance drawer nightly
- Maintain knowledge of current products, sales & promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations
- Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Restock inventory
- Clean shelves, organize inventory; maintain organized efficient workspace
- Must be able/willing to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening and holiday shifts
