The Role Itself
- Leads business plan development with CEO and senior personnel.
- Manages and assesses business development personnel.
- Identifies, prioritizes referral sources, uses feedback for strategy.
- Establishes metrics, creates reports, analyzes business development.
- Shapes market scope, monitors competition, develops annual budget.
- Plans community workshops and seminars with Assessment and Referral.
- Ensures quality marketing materials deliver the message.
- Manages community relationships, facility reputation, CRM reports.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Or relevant experience in industry will be considered.
- Must be 21 yrs or older.
License:
- Valid driver's license, clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and proof of insurance for personal vehicle use.
