Duties

• Assist customers with retail sales, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and managing the cash drawer
• Perform retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and transaction totals with precision
• Manage the cash drawer efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed during each shift

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Strong basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and transaction processing
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively and resolve issues promptly
• Familiarity with retail store operations such as cashiering, cash management, and retail math techniques
