Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on gardening, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance products
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling, sales transactions.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays, stock shelves, and ensure proper merchandising standards
- Communicate effectively via phone to answer customer inquiries, or provide product information
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking and merchandising tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle phone communication professionally
