Full-Time Store Associate – Leadership Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable, motivated person with good leadership abilities to join our grocery retail team.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and grow into a leadership role as you learn our store and operations.
Starting Pay: $14.50–$15.50 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work every other Saturday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- When working a Saturday, you will receive a day off during the week
- Closed Sundays
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Operating the cash register
- Stocking and maintaining merchandise
- Helping keep daily store operations running smoothly
- Assisting and working with other team members
- Taking on additional responsibilities as training progresses
Previous management experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person, but we are looking for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, communicates well, works well with others, and has the ability to lead when needed.
