Focha is a small business offering beautiful handmade products to customers at outdoor holiday markets.
We’re seeking friendly, outgoing team members to welcome shoppers and assist them with their holiday gift purchases at the Grand Rapids Christmas Market which runs from mid Nov to Dec 24.
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a passion for retail and a commitment to creating a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the booth.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Upsell products by effectively communicating their benefits and features.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Have ability to work outdoor
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in retail sales, including cashiering and cash handling.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and retail math calculations.
