What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at The Grocery Outlet Store?
We are looking for a reliable, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our warehouse team. We are a family-owned business offering a friendly, positive work environment and a consistent weekday schedule.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
- No weekends!
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming merchandise and organize products
- Stack and move products on pallets (skids)
- Pull and prepare orders for our two retail stores
- Work in warehouse, cooler, and freezer areas
- Perform computer data entry
- Operate a forklift (hi-lo)
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
- Strong work ethic and a dependable attitude
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical warehouse work, including lifting, stacking, and moving merchandise
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience is helpful but not required. Our warehouse manager will provide training to help the right person learn the job.
